UI Designer

What you’ll do

Interface Design: Own the creation of high-quality, intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. From layout to micro-interactions, you’ll craft experiences that are beautiful, functional, and user-first.

Design Systems: Help shape and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Contribute components, patterns, and documentation that enable scalable design solutions.

Visual Storytelling: Turn product ideas and requirements into clean, polished visuals. Bring clarity to complexity through typography, colour, layout, and motion.

User-Centric Thinking: Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to translate user insights into effective visual design solutions.

Prototyping & Handoff: Create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and support testing. Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation and pixel-perfect execution.

What you’ll bring

• A few years of experience in UI or product design — ideally within a tech startup or digital product environment.

• A portfolio that showcases your visual design skills, attention to detail, and ability to craft clean, modern interfaces.

• Strong command of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• A deep understanding of design principles — typography, colour theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills. You can justify your design decisions and value feedback.

• Bonus if you have motion design or front-end (HTML/CSS) experience.
