With a solid foundation in Economics and Finance, Eric brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and strategic insight to his role at Superscrypt. Prior to joining Superscrypt, he played a pivotal role in the growth of a web3 company, where he served as the first employee and contributed to scaling the team to over 300 staff strong within just three years. An entrepreneur himself, Eric co-founded 3 startups across drone robotics, e-commerce platform and enterprise recruitment system space.

Thanks to Eric’s efforts, we have successfully placed over 25 headcount across US, Europe, Canada, Singapore, and India. 80% are Engineering candidates, 20% in Product and Marketing a couple more in Commercial and Operations. 60% of them are experienced-level hires vs 40% junior. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
