Pranav Pandya comes with 4 years of Web3 Investing and Venture Building experience, across the blockchain stack, in the Pre-Seed to Series A stage. His experience began in a prominent Asian Venture Builder and Venture Capital Fund, where he worked directly with over 30 founders across 4 continents, helping them on GTM, Business Strategy, Tokenomics and Governance Structures. Additionally, he has 3 years of end to end direct investment experience where he has sourced, evaluated and executed deals such as Safe, zkSync, Avail and Monad.

Prior to joining Web3 in 2020, Pranav worked with KPMG in their Corporate Finance division, where he worked on numerous deals including strategizing and executing the first hostile takeover of a public company in Indi Pranav holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from National University of Singapore (NUS Business School).
